Business Enquiries & RFQs

Submitting an enquiry, Request for Quotation, sourcing request or other communication through the website does not create a binding contract.

Any transaction remains subject to confirmation of relevant matters including:

• price;
• payment terms;
• delivery terms;
• regulatory and compliance requirements;
• other applicable commercial conditions.

A transaction becomes binding only in accordance with separately agreed commercial or contractual documentation.

International Trade & Regulatory Requirements

International transactions may be affected by customs rules, import/export requirements, sanctions, trade controls, product certification, licensing, transportation requirements and destination-market regulations.

The responsibilities of the parties will be determined by applicable law and the terms agreed for each individual transaction. AMD Alliance may request information concerning destination, end user or intended use where reasonably required for compliance or transaction assessment.

Delivery, Risk & Incoterms®

Shipping arrangements, delivery obligations, transfer of risk, freight, insurance and related costs will be established in the applicable transaction documentation.

Where Incoterms® rules are used, the applicable rule, named place and version should be expressly identified in the relevant commercial documentation.

Independent Third Parties

AMD Alliance may work with independent manufacturers, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, customs agents, insurers and other service providers. Separate third-party terms may apply to services performed by those parties.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the involvement of an independent third party does not create a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between that party and AMD Alliance.

Compliance

Transactions remain subject to applicable legal and compliance requirements.

Where legally and contractually permitted, AMD Alliance may request additional information or decline or suspend a transaction where material concerns arise concerning sanctions, trade controls, fraud, unlawful activity, prohibited end use or other applicable restrictions. Please refer to our AML & KYC Policy for further information.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original website text, branding, graphics, design elements, trade names and other proprietary content are owned by or lawfully used by AMD Alliance.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without appropriate permission except where permitted by applicable law.

Acceptable Use
