Purpose of this Website
This website provides general information about AMD Alliance, its General Trading activity and related business capabilities.
Website content is informational unless expressly stated otherwise. Nothing on this website constitutes, by itself, a binding offer, quotation, guarantee of product availability or contractual commitment.
Business Enquiries & RFQs
Submitting an enquiry, Request for Quotation, sourcing request or other communication through the website does not create a binding contract.
Any transaction remains subject to confirmation of relevant matters including:
- product availability;
- specifications;
- quantity;
- price;
- payment terms;
- delivery terms;
- regulatory and compliance requirements;
- other applicable commercial conditions.
A transaction becomes binding only in accordance with separately agreed commercial or contractual documentation.
Product Information
Products may be sourced from independent manufacturers, suppliers or other trading counterparties. Specifications, descriptions, photographs, availability, origin, lead times and other preliminary information may therefore be subject to change.
Final product and transaction conditions are those expressly confirmed in the relevant quotation, order confirmation, invoice, contract or other applicable commercial documentation.
Prices & Quotations
Unless expressly agreed otherwise:
- website information does not constitute a fixed-price offer;
- quotations may have a defined validity period;
- prices may depend on quantity, specifications, origin, destination, freight, insurance and market conditions;
- taxes, customs duties and governmental charges may be additional where not expressly included.
International Trade & Regulatory Requirements
International transactions may be affected by customs rules, import/export requirements, sanctions, trade controls, product certification, licensing, transportation requirements and destination-market regulations.
The responsibilities of the parties will be determined by applicable law and the terms agreed for each individual transaction. AMD Alliance may request information concerning destination, end user or intended use where reasonably required for compliance or transaction assessment.
Delivery, Risk & Incoterms®
Shipping arrangements, delivery obligations, transfer of risk, freight, insurance and related costs will be established in the applicable transaction documentation.
Where Incoterms® rules are used, the applicable rule, named place and version should be expressly identified in the relevant commercial documentation.
Independent Third Parties
AMD Alliance may work with independent manufacturers, suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, customs agents, insurers and other service providers. Separate third-party terms may apply to services performed by those parties.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the involvement of an independent third party does not create a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between that party and AMD Alliance.
Compliance
Transactions remain subject to applicable legal and compliance requirements.
Where legally and contractually permitted, AMD Alliance may request additional information or decline or suspend a transaction where material concerns arise concerning sanctions, trade controls, fraud, unlawful activity, prohibited end use or other applicable restrictions. Please refer to our AML & KYC Policy for further information.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, original website text, branding, graphics, design elements, trade names and other proprietary content are owned by or lawfully used by AMD Alliance.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without appropriate permission except where permitted by applicable law.

We seek to maintain accurate and current website information. However, subject to mandatory law, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete, current or error-free, that products will remain available, or that website access will be uninterrupted.
Specific commercial information should be independently confirmed with AMD Alliance before a transaction is concluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMD Alliance shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from access to, inability to access or reliance upon general informational content on this website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

- quotations;
- purchase orders;
- order confirmations;
- sales contracts;
- invoices;
- General Terms and Conditions;
- other transaction-specific agreements.
